      Excellent!

      Great rod rack and a must buy! Living in the Florida keys we do a lot of different fishing. This rack holds my electric rods, trolling rods, and all my casting rods with room to spare! Will buy another when the rod collection grows. Robert is great to deal with and very knowledgeable.

      Pretty bad.

      Only noticed recently that once you put rods the rack the middle bellies with no support. can't take the weight of the rods.

      You should have been supplied with spacing pucks to support the center of the rack! I apologize if you didn't receive them. I am going to send you an email and hopefully we can get this fixed for you.

      No good.

      If you have real boat rods this is useless, the holder is too short so the rods just fall over. Don’t waste your money.

      Thanks for the review! I'm sorry that the rack didn't work out for you, it happens some times. We try to make a product that functions well for a wide variety of applications, but for some use cases We are inevitably going to miss the mark.


      We always appreciate good productive feedback that can help us build better products. We have worked with a lot customers to build custom solutions for their fishing gear, and all of our products implement the designs that have been proven to work. I wish we could have come up with a solution for you as well, it seems like you may have some good ideas that would be beneficial to our product line. Unfortunately, it seems like you want to keep those ideas to yourself. Instead of spending time trying to come up with a solution, you chose to spend time insulting us and leaving a bad rating. That's OK though, we all have bad days.

      Pretty good! Great rack except for holes too close for big gear

      What I don’t like is the holes are just a bit too close to each other making it difficult to rack large off shore rods ie 50’s and 80’s

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
     
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
     
    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     
    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.     Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at robert@rpmcnccustoms.com and we will communicate with you in order to get a shipping label that you can use to send the item back.
